Newest Summer Fun

Mary Anne fell in love with and bought a 1970 Mustang Convertable fully restored. She lets me drive it some times.

Summer Time

This is a picture of our cabin. During the summer I spend a lot of time here. This is on an island and we can't get to it for much of the time during the winter.

Of course the exception is the picture of winter fun found on my plane page that was taken on another part of the lake.

I have put some movies up on this website in case anyone wants to view them. I love to ride big roller coasters and hike in unusual pages. Here is the link to the Movie page.

Winter Sports

In the winter of 2002 I started ski racing. I am down near the bottom of the list even in my age group. It is enough of a challenge to ski in Minnesota. You can find me at Wild Mountain and even my placement at Ski Challenge. Here's a picture of how I want to look when racing.

Heart Adventures

The spring of 2003 I had problems with my heart and had a stent put in. Here is a link to a long, 3.2 meg pdf file that describes what happened.

Hiking

I have recently taken up hiking. I started with a hike in the Superstitions Mountains in April 2005. Here is a picture of the trail head.

This year March 30, 2007, I hiked Bright Angel down to Plateau Point. Total of 14 miles and 3500 feet down and up.
