Parker
Joe Parker, originally from Hibbing, Minnesota, is a talented illustrator and cartoonist now living and working in the Twin Cities area. Much of his work can be seen without his signature, in the form of designs and "cute" characters developed for "Mello Smello" - the company that brought "scratch-and-sniff" stickers to happy children and perplexed parents everywhere.
Joe has single panel cartoons in publication working with a variety of writers, and his experience includes a broad range of commercial illustration and caricature work for corporate clients.
