I just got off the phone with my stock broker, Dinky Mungo.

You remember Dinky.

He's a genius when it comes to making money.

He even makes money when I lose money - how smart is that!

I'm so lucky to have him as an advisor.

Anyway, Dinky's tipped me off to a big land development deal.

Some real estate investors bought a couple of square miles of ocean front property and plan to build a fancy gated community for millionaires and billionaires.

Well, you know those guys have lots of money, so I told Dinky, count me in!

Anyway, it's going to be called "Ocean View Estates" and it's located just outside Casper, Wyoming.

I wish I'd paid more attention in geometry class in school, I can't even remember if that overlooks the Atlantic or the Pacific.

Anyway, Dinky knows all that stuff, I'd ask him, but I don't want him to think I'm dumb or something :-) 

Anyway, I know those millionaire and billionaire types have got lotsa scratch, so all I need to do now is lean back and let the money roll in!

What can go wrong?
