This weeks theme: "Singin' in the Rain" To me, the best movie ever made! The American Film Institute (AFI) rates it as one of the ten best movies ever made and the best musical. I had a really bad cold once, saw "Singin' in the Rain" again and the next morning, the cold was gone. It's that good :-) If you've never seen it - you have to see it - trust me :-) Singin' in the Rain (1952) Official Trailer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5_EVHeNEIJY Singin' in the Rain From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Singin%27_in_the_Rain Weirdly about two thirds of the songs were previously used in a movie called "Broadway Melody of 1936". They're all by song writer and producer Arthur Freed and were recycled in several movies over the years. The plots are totally different but it's interesting to compare them.
