I saw on the news it is the 25 anniversary of the O.J. Simpson trial. Hard to believe it was that long ago. I remember at the end of the trial O.J. vowed to track down the "real killers". Well, it's been 25 years and he still hasn't found them yet - he must be very discouraged. Boy, you slice up two people - hack them to death with a knife in cold blood and leave them in puddles of their own blood and ever after everybody thinks you're a 'bad guy'. 'Hey, she bugged me.' - Poor O.J. My favorite part was when his ex-girlfriend, Gretchen Stockdale, a drop dead gorgeous super babe, testified on his behalf as a character witness. I believe every word she said. OJ Simpson Trial - August 8th, 1995 - Part 2 (see the last third) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ym_BGKdcwik Mark Fuhrman, the super cop who found ALL of the key damning evidence - isn't there more than on cop in L.A.? His racist rants, caught on tape, probably sank the whole case for the prosecution. And Vannatter who took the blood sample from O.J. then went to crime scene with it - later previously unseen O.J. blood is discovered on back gate - with lab preservatives in it. Of course the police "sweetening the evidence" doesn't mean he didn't actually do it. But it does stink to high heaven. And of course O.J.'s "dream team" of shyster lawyers. The Dancing (Judge) Itos on the Jay Leno Tonight Show. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QQezL9pLUN4 Favorite quotes from the trial: "If it doesn't fit you must acquit." - about the bloody gloves. "How about THAT, Mr. Fong!" - when the defense caught a mistake by one of the forensic scientists. It was the first time anybody had ever heard of the new DNA evidence technique. That crime had everything - sex, movie stars, race, sports, daily courtroom scenes, corrupt cops, shyster lawyers, DNA 'junk' science and the low speed car chase - everything. Why can't we have crimes like that any more instead of all these miserable school shootings? There no fun. And don't forget Kato Kaelin. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kato_Kaelin Ya, the good old days ... It was a horrible crime - but it was interesting.
