*********************************************************** I saw this on the news the other day: Warren meets her doppelgänger at Minnesota rally https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/458132-warren-meets-her-doppelganger-at-minnesota-rally (Doppelgänger is German for "lookalike" or "double"). *********************************************************** As I've gone through life, it seems that every time I meet somebody new they remind me of someone else I knew back in High School - so much so that I think there's really only about 200 people in the world and then they repeat. Not exactly, but closer than you might think. So anyway, my theory raises an interesting question. Is there someone out there that looks like me? He'd have to be extremely handsome and debonair of course - no doubt a movie star or something. So anyway, I finally ran across someone who people say I look like. His name is José "Pepe" Mujica and he's the former president of Uruguay. But I was thinking, this guy is 17 years older than me. And he spent 12 years as a political prisoner in a military prison. So are people saying I look like I'm 17 years older than I actually am and like I spent a dozen years in a South American prison having the crap beaten out of me? Whoa! - that doesn't sound very good! What happened to the movie star idea? - that seemed pretty good. Actually, I don't think we look alike at all - I don't have a mustache :-) If you know someone else who looks like me let me know - I think that would be fun and I'd like to meet the lucky sob.
