As you know, we software engineers are famous for our love of living on the edge.

We're total adrenaline junkies, willing to do any stupid, life risking stunt just for the rush of it!

Anyway, some friends of mine suggested that I should take up bungee jumping.

In fact, they said, that for a REAL rush, I should take up bungee jumping - without the cord.

They said the cord was for "wussies" - REAL adrenaline junkies never use them.

You know, it's like training wheels on a bicycle - they're just a lamo crutch for little kids.

My friends keep trying to peer pressure me into trying it.

But I don't know ...

They even said they'd drive me there and pay for it - as long as I didn't use the cord ...

Last year they wanted me to take up skydiving without a chute.

My friends are the BEST!
