Award/Fees:   $7 A award tile available.  Credit-only fee is $3.  
 Without AVA credit, fee is $2.
Directions: Take the 7th Street exit from Hwy 10 and go left
 (east although it seems north).  You will pass both 
 the State Hospital and Anoka High School --approx 1+ miles 
 to the stoplight at the intersection of 7th Street 
 and Bunker Lake Blvd right by the ice arena.  Turn left 
 and at the next street, turn right into the library parking lot.
