Dear Colleague:

The Joint Committee on the Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing (Joint Committee) has been working since November 1993 on a revision of the 1985 Standards. Enclosed is a draft of the revised Standards, including an Introduction, 15 chapters and a glossary, which the Committee is releasing for final review and comment.
