Mr. N64's Breakdown of Clay Fighter 63 1/3's Game Elements:

Graphics:
3 out of 5: The animation is choppy, and the graphics are too dark. The 3-D backgrounds add a nice effect, but don't make up for these flaws.

Music:

5 out of 5: The music is very close to CD quality. Trumpets sound like trumpets, etc. The music also fits the cartoony atmosphere of the game, although it doesn't always match the drab settings in which the fighting is takes place.

Sound FX:

4 out of 5: The voice samples are generally clear and funny, but they get repetitive quickly. Then they become a little annoying.

Play Control:

7 out of 10: The game responds to input well, and special moves are easy to pull off. Clay Fighter 63 1/3 is definitely one of the better controlling fighting games that I've played.

Frustration Factor:

2 out of 10 (10 being the worst): Most people will find the game extremely easy on the first three difficulty settings. There just isn't anything to get frustrated about. Fighting-game experts will probably be bored fairly quickly, however, and at the highest difficulty levels the game could prove a bit tough for novices.
