The material is in and we're going to start working on it ASAP. Please read notice below or click on calendars.
The calendar section will be closed for the time being until the USA Cycling information can be entered for 2002. Rather than have a hodge-podge of half 2001 and half 2002 creating total chaos we will update the calendars up to at least August, 2002 and then re-open the link. The material is in the webmaster's hands and hopefully he can get the job done by the end of March. A very special thanks to Mike Hanley who out did himself with even more information. We also will include Missouri and Iowa since those states are under his jurisdiction as is Minnesota (though Matt Anderson still is responsible for those two states. We again apoligize for the temporary shut-down of this feature but we'd rather have it right than half a**. Thanks
Welcome to upperMidwestCycling. This site will connect you to a number of different sources concerning cycling with an emphasis on road racing and some track events. We do have photographs but are always looking for contributions. For information please move your mouse to "other stuff" which, by the way, is a catch all section for all kinds of information regarding this site and how you can contribute.

Material in here is copyrighted but we do encourage linkage to this site. Any materials used from this site must be acknowledged accordingly and not changed in any way without the permission of the webmaster. Please report any broken links or - if your organization is not linked or if you want an event put on the calendar please e-mail the webmaster well in advance of whatever you are putting on. If you are having technical problems, please let us know so we can look into it for you. We do a limited amount of webwork when time permits! Included are two non-cycling websites that display the photography of the webmaster. As always we are free but contributions are welcomed. We most likely will start putting banner ads up to help pay for all of this.

All that is required for this site is a good PC, decent graphics (1024 x 768) is about as low as you can go - higher is much better for the graphics. All though we try to keep the size of graphics somewhat reasonable a high speed connection - DSL or similar is preferred - it will make a big difference!

Marquees will only appear as moving on browsers using Internet Explorer 4.0 and up.
