After the youth have obtained their GED and/or high school diploma, what's next? Ideally, our volunteer mentors, tutors and counselors try to get them into some form of higher education. If for some reason they are not college bound, they still need to be have proper skills for the workforce. This program helps get them on-the-job training for many good positions with select employers.
