Old Barns, etc.

I would have liked to put some of the beautiful barn drawings made by Eric Sloane here but copyright laws forbid that. The best I can do is recommend to you "Eric Sloane's America" (Promontory Press, ISBN 0-88394-061-2). That book, and all of Eric Sloane's books (e.g. "A Reverence for wood") show beautiful drawings of early American barns, buildings, bridges, tools, and landscapes. I recommend them to you.
