Mrs. Swezey's Garlic Dip

One 8 ounce package of Philadelphia cream cheese
One and one-half teaspoons of garlic salt
5 teaspoons of Worchestershire sauce
One third cup of milk or cream (adjust for desired thickness of the dip)
Add green food coloring for effect
